With an action-oriented theme, the 5,151 square-foot Great Room features a sports lounge, 15 flat screen televisions connected to Sirius Satellite, a billiards and certified poker table, a fully upgraded resident kitchen with beer tap bar, an electronic lounge complete with Xbox, PlayStation3 and Nintendo Wii, two specialized pro-racing simulation cars, a state-of-the-art professional demonstration kitchen, a coffee bar and plush movie theater.

Adjacent to the Great Room is the 1,200 square-foot outdoor living room offering plush seating around an artful 12-foot long fireplace, as well as two flat screen televisions.  Residents also have access to a business center and complimentary lap top computers on Wi-Fi, newstand, popcorn machine for movie nights, personal wine storage and a large-scale, custom movie screen both in the Great Room and at the pool for weekend movie nights.

A full-time concierge staff keeps the Great Room running and is available to assist residents with requests for everything from restaurant reservations and event tickets to dry cleaning and vendor referrals.

And to make life sweeter, our in-house chef whips up delectable delights weekly for a variety of wine and culinary community events.
